Once Upon a Time...
An experienced Lifestyle veteran (known mostly as Wild Thing) decided to create the party she wanted to attend. Silk and Skin was born, hosted at several locations in Fairfax County over 12 glorious years. We gained a reputation far and wide for quality and licentiousness and especially as THE Lifestyle party for single women. When Nina Hartley says you throw a mean party, then it's true! Meanwhile, not far away in Maryland, the Houndmaster launched another set of infamous parties at the house nicknamed Iron Bridge for the ford over the stream. Those who remember the legenday wrap-around deck remember it fondly.
Yes, that's the one and only Nina Hartley in our living room. She attended two fundraisers at our old house, and she is one hell of a lot of fun!

The Home for the Wayward offers social space, a hot tub and lots of play space, including five bedrooms and a dungeon area.
By the time I am done creating my fantasy adult playground it will be not only one of the biggest house party spaces in the DC metro area but decidedly the best. I don't do things half-assed!

We are aiming to offer a lot of the facilities of a commercial club with the intimacy and hands-on guest list curation of a house party.
"Silk and Skin" is not only a name. It is also an unusual party concept that calls for naked men and lingerie-clad ladies.
